Each watch provided to you has been tested according to strict quality inspection procedures before entering the market, including various tests such as time-testing, waterproof testing, and standard impact testing. While ensuring high-quality watchmaking processes, and being responsible for possible manufacturing defects and giving customers peace of mind, the company has a global warranty with a global warranty card. The authorized dealer of the company will provide you with 24 months (two years) of global warranty service. The warranty period shall be valid from the date of purchase or customer receipt, and the authorized dealer of the company must correctly complete the international warranty card.
Free warranty service is not available in the following situations:
1. The natural wear and tear of the watch's appearance (belt, surface, crystal, pointer, literal, etc.);
2. Damage caused by accident, improper use or natural wear;
3. Damage to the watch's repairs at a non-company authorized maintenance department;
4. Cannot produce a valid warranty certificate or sales invoice, or exceed the warranty period.
